60-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 60 calendar days from the date the order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must include all original parts, accessories, manuals, hardware, and packaging whenever possible.
- The product must not show signs of installation damage, misuse, modification, or outdoor wear caused after delivery.
- Proof of purchase, order number, or order confirmation may be required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a full refund.

Outdoor Umbrella & Oversized Product Return Information
Many outdoor umbrellas, umbrella bases, and replacement canopies are large, heavy, or require careful packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. For this reason, customers should keep the original shipping box, protective packaging, manuals, and hardware until they are fully satisfied with the product.
For returns related to change of mind, incorrect color selection, size preference, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong product, the customer may be responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Proper repackaging materials
- Any shipping carrier fees required to return oversized or heavy items
Returned items must be packaged securely to help prevent damage in transit. Items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, so we can review the issue quickly.

- Photos of the shipping box and packaging

- A prepaid return shipping label

Approved resolutions for damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items will be provided at no additional cost to the customer when the issue is verified.

If a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative solution or refund when appropriate.
